Registration for the event

All trade visitors are required to register online, print and bear a badge with hologram.
The badge must be validated by collecting the hologram at the reception centre in Hall F.

80 PLN gross /1 day /1 person
140 PLN gross /2 days /1 person
200 PLN gross /3 days /1 person
210 PLN gross /4 days /1 person

From 1.08 to 5.09:

95 PLN gross /1 day /1 person
155 PLN gross /2 days /1 person
230 PLN gross /3 days /1 person
300 PLN gross /4 days /1 person

From 6.09 to 18.09:

120 PLN gross /1 day /1 person
240 PLN gross /2 days /1 person
360 PLN gross /3 days /1 person
480 PLN gross /4 days /1 person

From 19.09 to 22.09:

160 PLN gross /1 day /1 person

*During Fair days, payment for the ticket is only possible in non-cash form: payment card or BLIK.

In connection with the upcoming 15th International Railway TRAKO Fair starting from 14.09.2023, it will no longer be possible to make corrections to the guest badges. Any necessary invoice corrections will be made after the trade fair.

There are two ways available:

Purchase – you need to register or log in to the system, approve the required consents, select the day(s), make payment and print your badge.

The badge is available in your account in the system and also will be sent to you to the e-mail address you indicate. It must be printed on A4 paper.

Important!

The badge must be validated by collecting the hologram at the reception centre in Hall F. Holograms will be provided on the basis of a valid identity card. Badges without a hologram are invalid and do not authorise entry to the exhibition area.Check the map of the venue >

Invitation with code from an exhibitor – register or log in to the system, approve the required consents, select the day(s), enter the code received on the invitation from the exhibitor in the marked field in the order summary before payment.

The badge is available in your account in the system and also will be sent to you to the e-mail address you indicate. It must be printed on A4 paper.
