We would like to invite you to contact us and make initial reservations of rooms as well as the space at the conference centre at AMBEREXPO (1st floor).
Previous editions of fair attracted a lot of interest of companies and institutions, which organized numerous debates, conferences, seminars, presentations, workshops, jury sessions and meetings. The space of the centre also witnessed banquets and cocktails organised by Partners and Exhibitors of the Fair.

4 conference rooms with 1058 seats

Our state-of-the-art, multipurpose, air-conditioned conference rooms are located on the building’s Level 1.

They are equipped with a PA system, simultaneous interpretation equipment, projection screens and Digital Signage displays. With an extra mobile wall, Room 1 can be divided into three smaller spaces. Entrances to the rooms are located both in the corridor and in the exhibition halls. A lobby with a reception area is located in front of the rooms for easy banquet and catering arrangement. The Conference Centre is equipped with elevators to facilitate disabled access.

The Conference Centre also provides exclusive space for special meetings. Six customised VIP Rooms have been designed to a high standard and fully equipped (kitchenette, restroom) for holding business talks in a relaxed environment.

Each room has its individual character: Polish, Italian, Scandinavian, German, Dutch and French.
