As part of the Education and Career Day, TRAKO can present the most interesting job, internship and apprenticeship offers. The main purpose of the meetings is the opportunity to directly exchange information and mutual expectations of employers and employees, also in the perspective of choosing a field of study, their specialization or doctoral studies.

Throughout the day, participants take part in lectures and workshops dedicated to people looking for work in the industry. Thanks to the international nature of the Fair, it is an opportunity to learn not only about Polish projects implemented for rail transport.
