The 16th International Railway Fair will be held on September 23-26, 2025 at AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Centre in Gdańsk (PL)

To become an exhibitor, you must first register in the Electronic Exhibitor System. 

After creating an account, you can place an order for a stand yourself via the system.

In case of questions or doubts, of course, we encourage you to contact the exhibitors' guardian at kinga.kruk@ amberexpo .pl and the phone number +48 723 222 074 - we provide assistance in Polish and English from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 (CET).

1. Online purchase (after prior registration) – before the start of the fair (the sales system will be opened around April). After purchasing and paying for the ticket, you will receive an ID at the e-mail address provided during registration. With the printed ID, go to the fair reception, where, after showing your ID card/passport and proof of affiliation to the industry, you will receive a hologram.
   
   The ID is available in your system account and will be sent to the specified e-mail address. It should be printed on A4 paper.
   
   
2. Purchase on site at the cash register/reception - cashless. During the fair, you can purchase a ticket on site at the ticket office or online. We would like to remind you that prices are higher during fairs.
   
   
3. Invitation with a code from the issuer - register or log in to the system, confirm the required consents, select the day/days, and in the order summary, before making the payment, enter the code received on the invitation from the issuer in the marked field.
   
   The ID is available in your system account and will be sent to the specified e-mail address. It should be printed on A4 paper.

We accept orders until August 1, 2025 or until the available exhibition space is exhausted.

TRAKO fair is a B2B event. We invite the non-industry audience to the open day of the external exhibition on September 26, 2025.
