The 17th International Railway Fair will take place on 21-24.09.2027 at the AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Centre in Gdansk (PL)

To become an exhibitor, you must first register in the Electronic Exhibitor System. 

Once you have created an account, you can place your stand order independently through the system.

If you have any questions or doubts, we of course encourage you to contact the Exhibitor Coordinator directly at kinga.kruk@amberexpo.pl and by phone at +48 723 222 074 - we provide assistance in Polish and English from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–4:00 pm (CET).

1. Online purchase (after prior registration) – before the start of the fair (the sales system will open around April). Once you have completed your purchase and paid for the ticket, you will receive a badge sent to the e-mail address given at registration. Bring the printed badge to the fair reception, where, upon presenting your ID card/passport and proof of industry affiliation, you will receive a hologram.
   
   The badge is available in your account on the system and will be sent to the e-mail address provided. It must be printed on A4 paper.
   
   
2. Purchase on site at the ticket office/reception – cashless. During the fair, you can buy a ticket on site at the ticket office or independently online. Please note that prices are higher during the fair.
   
   
3. Invitation with a code from an exhibitor – you need to register or log in to the system, accept the required consents, select the day/days, and enter the code received on the exhibitor's invitation in the designated field in the order summary before making payment.
   
   The badge is available in your account on the system and will be sent to the e-mail address provided. It must be printed on A4 paper.

We accept orders until 01.08.2027 or until the available exhibition space is sold out.

The TRAKO Fair is a B2B event. We invite members of the public not connected with the industry to the open day of the outdoor exhibition on 24.09.2027 (Friday).
