To become an exhibitor, you must first register in the Electronic Exhibitor System. 

After creating an account, you can place an order for a stand yourself via the system.

1. Online purchase (after registration) – before the start of the fair (the sales system will open around April). After purchasing and paying for your ticket, you will receive an ID badge via email at the address you provided during registration. Bring your printed ID badge to the fair reception desk, where you will receive a hologram upon presentation of your ID card/passport and proof of industry affiliation.
   
   The ID badge is available in your system account and will be sent to the email address you provided. It should be printed on A4 paper.
   
   
2. On-site purchase at the ticket office/reception desk – cashless. During the fair, you can purchase your ticket on-site at the ticket office or online. Please note that prices are higher during the fair.
   
   
3. Invitation with a code from the issuer – register or log in to the system, confirm the required consents, select the day(s), and in the order summary before making payment, enter the code received on the invitation from the issuer in the designated field.
   
   The ID is available in your account in the system and will be sent to the email address provided. It should be printed on A4 paper.

We accept orders until August 1, 2025 or until the available exhibition space is exhausted.

The TRAKO trade fair is a B2B event. We invite non-industry audiences to an open day at the outdoor exhibition on September 26, 2025.
