As of September 2, 2025, it will no longer be possible to make corrections to data on trade visitor badges. Any invoice corrections will be made after the conclusion of the fair.
No. ID badges are personal and assigned to a specific person – they cannot be transferred or shared with other people. For security reasons and as part of access control, security may ask to see the ID of the industry ID holder
No. Purchased IDs are valid only on the declared dates and cannot be changed after they have been issued.
No. Only two-day and four-day ID badges are valid for TRAKO 2025.
No. The fair does not offer free parking for trade visitors.
No. TRAKO 2025 is a B2B industry event, aimed exclusively at professionals in the rail transport sector. Children are not permitted, with the exception of the outdoor areas on September 26, 2025, and the winners of the TRAKO for Children campaign competition.
